This year we have developed a special event in our series called "Musica e Molecole" dedicated to Future Scientists. Usually these events feature renowned scientists and musicians who talk about and share their work.
In honor of the Day of Immunology and to reflect on the future of our insititute (founded in 2000) we have developed an event with children from the 5th elementary and from a music school.
After a two day experience in the labs, the school students have prepared their scientific presentation. The music school students have instead composed music based on their scientific observations.
On the evening of the 30th of Aprile and then again on the 16th of May they will have their own "Musica e Molecole" event open to the public and broadcast on local tv.

For anyone interested in a membership at EFIS:

EFIS does not have individual membership. We are a federation / umbrella organization of various European national societies. Hence, if you become a member of an EFIS constituent society, you are automatically a member of EFIS.
You can find a list of our member societies, together with the contact info for each, under this URL: www.efis.org/the-federation/national-societies

Thank you for your interest in EFIS and our activities,
Astrid Hahner, EFIS coordinator
